Laboratory of Dalian North Instrument Transformer Group Co., Ltd.，dedicated to the inspection and verification of insulation performance, electrical characteristics and overall reliability of high, medium and low voltage instrument transformers as well as related insulation components.

It has obtained the CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) Accreditation Certificate on November 6, 2023, with registration number CNAS L17140，and is accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017. We are the first laboratory in the industry to achieve CNAS accreditation for instrument transformer products.

Area:
Total floor area 3,880 m², including 2,600 m² of dedicated testing space.
Facilities:
Over 30 sets of advanced testing equipment, plus 10 independently developed intelligent testing systems and 6 DC resistance testing systems industry, leading solutions enabling automatic testing, data recording, result judgment and report generation, a pioneering achievement in the instrument transformer sector.
Shielding Technology:
All key testing zones adopt six-sided full shielding design, effectively eliminating external electromagnetic interference. The background partial discharge level is ≤ 0.5 pC , ensuring high-precision and reliable test results.
Voltage Coverage:
Supports full-range testing from 0.5 kV up to 750 kV, covering all specifications of instrument transformers.
Smart Operation:
Fully digitalized and intelligent testing process; systems automatically identify qualified products and generate standardized reports, greatly improving efficiency and data consistency.
