Founded in 2009, Hunan NORIT Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. is located in Deshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changde City, Hunan Province. It is the only subsidiary invested by Dalian North Instrument Transformer Group outside Liaoning Province.

Dalian North Arrestor Co., Ltd. is located in Fengrong Industrial Park, Pulandian, Dalian, P. R. China. Founded in 2004, it covers an area of 80,000 square meters and currently has 205 employees, including 30 engineering and technical personnel and 12 senior technical personnel.

Founded in 2000, the company covers an area of 20,000 square meters. Its main products include various vacuum circuit breakers, SF₆ circuit breakers, disconnectors, various switchgear truck and low-voltage integrated equipment up to 126kV.
