On January 8, Dalian North Instrument Transformer Group Co., Ltd. (NORIT) underwent its first certification audit of the energy management system. The four-day audit was conducted by an expert panel from Fangyuan Certification Center, covering all key departments including the management team, Production Department, and Technology Department, to comprehensively evaluate the completeness, compliance and effectiveness of the system.

The audit focused on core contents including NORIT’s energy management overview, energy consumption processes, metering and statistics, energy consumption indicators, energy-using systems and equipment, as well as energy costs. Through on-site inspection, document review and record checking, the panel conducted a thorough assessment, recognizing the strengths of the system while putting forward constructive improvement suggestions.
The audit concluded that NORIT’s energy management system fully meets the requirements of GB/T 23331-2020 / ISO 50001:2018 and relevant certification criteria, with official approval granted. This certification enables the company to better grasp energy use status, identify weaknesses, tap energy-saving potential, reduce energy consumption and production costs, improve economic benefits, and support sustainable economic and environmental development.
Going forward, NORIT will strictly adhere to the requirements of the energy management system, continuously optimize its operation, reduce energy consumption, improve energy efficiency, lower costs and enhance benefits to provide solid support for the company’s sustainable development.
