Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued the Public Announcement on the 2025 Operation Evaluation Results of Enterprise Technology Centers. Dalian North Instrument Transformer Group Co., Ltd. has once again passed the reassessment with outstanding performance.

Since it was accredited as the first National Enterprise Technology Center within China’s instrument transformer industry back in 2019, the NORIT has successfully passed three consecutive reassessments, consistently maintaining a leading position in industrial technological innovation.

A comprehensive evaluation of National Enterprise Technology Centers is conducted biennially. The assessment framework covers multiple core dimensions including R&D investment, talent pool, technical research & development, platform development, commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, and economic benefits, serving as an authoritative benchmark for measuring an enterprise’s innovation capacity.

Having passed the rigorous assessment for three consecutive cycles fully demonstrates that the innovation system established by Dalian North Instrument Transformer Group operates efficiently and boasts robust growth momentum.
