Dalian North Instrument Transformer Group Launches First Phase of Grassroots Manager Training Program

On November 15, Dalian North Instrument Transformer Group officially launched the first phase of its grassroots manager training program. Centered on the theme of "Team Integration Starts with Effective Communication", the program includes two core modules: intensive training sessions and quality development activities, which has received great attention from the group and full collaboration from all departments.

The opening ceremony was hosted by Liu Xintang, Deputy Director of the Group's Human Resources Department. Wang Xiaoyan, Assistant to the Chairman and Head of the Human Resources Center, attended and delivered a speech. She affirmed the contributions of grassroots managers and encouraged all participants to engage in learning with an open mind and take on responsibilities bravely. Lv Meizhong, Minister of the Medium Voltage Planning and Material Control Department, and other participants witnessed the launch.
Based on in-depth preliminary research, the project team designed practical communication courses focusing on "listening clearly, explaining clearly, and inquiring thoroughly". Taking high-frequency work scenarios as the blueprint, the team refined communication methods and formed a complete training closed loop, which was well-received by the participants. Meanwhile, quality development activities themed on "team integration" were designed, integrating knowledge points with practical tasks. For example, in the "Magic Brush Ma Liang" session, all participants jointly wrote the company's core values, further deepening team collaboration.
This training program has injected strong momentum into the company's development. Moving forward, the "NORIT people" will take continuous learning as the driving force, focus on the transformer field, and strive to build an internationally influential brand.
